THESE are the things that you should never do after eating!!!!


When it comes to health, we often focus on food items that we should eat and we should avoid. But there are things that you should focus on after having your meal.

In today's time, all of us are in a rush to get done with a meal, and we usually end up having lunch or dinner meeting more often so that we can eat and work at the same time. 

When it comes to eating and weight loss, we often tend to focus on what to eat and how much to eat. None of us thinks about the fact that there are somethings that we need to keep in mind before and after consuming a meal. Yes, there are certain things that if not followed aid poor digestion and can also prove to be dangerous for the digestive system.  
These things are not only bad for our digestive system, but they also harm our body in multiple ways. 


Bathing:

  • It's suggested that one shouldn't take a bath after a meal since bathing after a meal is not favorable for digestion.
  •  Blood tends to flow to other parts of the body other than the stomach during a shower and affect the digestion process. 
  • Avoid going for a bath for at least 2 hours after you eat something. 


Drinking tea:

  • Tea leaves are acidic, and they affect the digestive system. 
  • Protein from the meal is hardened by the acid, making it difficult to digest.
  •  Furthermore, tea also interfere with iron absorption. 
  • Hence it’s best to stay clear of tea immediately before and after a meal.



Exercising soon after the meal:

  • Your body needs to relax soon after eating so that it can concentrate most of the energy in digesting the food that was eaten.
  •  Engaging in a vigorous exercise soon after the meal is not good for your health.
